Dear Blessed One,
There are countless reasons to cultivate mindfulness, to calm the mind, and to break free from old patterns. These practices are powerful ways to
connect with our true nature. However, one of the most compelling reasons is that every thought and action we have shapes a new reality. As we focus
on letting go of unhealthy patterns, healing deep wounds, and living from the heart, we not only create an opening to connect with our higher essence
and build a more serene and fulfilling life for ourselves, but we also contribute to the evolution of parallel realities.
In the great tapestry of life, where the fibers of reality interweave in an intricate dance, branching out like the limbs of a tree, we are offered a
glimpse into the boundless possibilities of existence. Both alluring and perplexing, these branches create infinite parallel realities. Within this
vast expanse of potentiality, we find a curious phenomenon, one that gives rise to the very sensation of movement itself.
Imagine a universe where every decision spawns a new reality. In one, you may choose to turn left at a crossroads, while in another, you opt for the
path to the right. Each choice creates a new branch, a new reality, where the consequences of your actions unfold in unique and unforeseen ways. These
realities exist in parallel, separate yet interconnected, forming an expansive multiverse beyond comprehension.
Consider the essence of movement - the fluidity of time and the seamless transition from one moment to the next. Movement is born in the endless expanse
of parallel realities. As we navigate the paths of existence, each decision shifts us from one reality to another, producing the illusion of motion.
Though this may be difficult to imagine, trust me when I say, I have experienced the sensation of infinite parallel realities many times.
Every reality is but a snapshot in the continuum of existence. Each moment frozen in time... each choice generating new threads of possibility. And yet,
as we navigate this labyrinth of realities, we experience a seamless flow, a felt sense of continuity.
Sometimes, we make such a significant leap that we bypass many parallel realities and find ourselves in one that feels distinctly different. For me,
it's like entering a dreamstream where some elements are missing, or new ones have appeared that weren't there before. This phenomenon is reminiscent
of the Mandela effect...
It is as though we are but travelers on a vast river, carried along by the currents of choice and consequence. With each bend in the river, with each
fork in its path, we find ourselves in a new reality, a new iteration of the world around us. Yet, despite the ever-shifting landscape, we perceive a
sense of movement - a sensation that propels us forward on our journey through the multiverse.
This illusion of movement is not merely a trick of perception but a fundamental aspect of our existence. It is the very essence of reality itself,
woven into the fabric of the multiverse. And though we may never fully comprehend the intricacies of this cosmic dance, we can marvel at its beauty,
awestruck by the infinite possibilities that lie before us (possibilities that we create by our choices).
The next time you feel the gentle pull of time tugging at your senses, pause and take a deep breath to see what you want to create. Take five more
deep breaths, if needed, to bring you to stillness before your next thought, feeling, or action. In this experience of existence, it is the interplay
of choice and consequence that fuels the ever-continuing journey through the multiverse.
To help soothe your senses so that clear, vibrant choices can be made in the moment, unplug from the drama and trauma of news, from unhealthy relationships,
and from toxic environments. Together, let's be conscious co-creators of a new world. I can see it. I can feel it. We are up-leveling.
Much Love and Blessings to You!

"There is the dream, and there is the dreamer of the dream. The dream is a short-lived play of forms.
It is the world - relatively real but not absolutely real. Then there is the dreamer, the absolute
reality in which the forms come and go. The dreamer is not the person. The person is part of the dream.
The dreamer is the substratum in which the dream appears, that which makes the dream possible. It is the
absolute behind the relative, the timeless behind time, the consciousness in and behind form.
The dreamer is consciousness itself - who you are."
