I wasn't rehearsing old patterns. I wasn't explaining myself to anyone. I just was. Present. Simple. Free. And I smiled because I realized... I'm shifting again. Not in some huge, flashy way. But in a way that feels timely...

This is a soul call to the ones who've been dimming their light, waiting for permission, or holding back their joy because the world is hurting. In this short reflection, Shellee Rae reminds us... your staying small does not serve. You were born to radiate, to rise, and to lead - not by fixing others, but by being the medicine.
