The Sacred Space of Expansion
|
Dear Blessed One,
There comes a moment on this path when we realize... we are not here to perfect the soup. We are here to become the pot... the container that allows the ingredients of life to
simmer together, creating something rich, felt, and alive. And in that recognition, something softens. Something ancient exhales.
There's a shift that happens, from doing to being. Stillness is often misunderstood. It's not the absence of movement and it's not the forced quieting of thought. True
stillness is undisturbed presence. It's what remains when we stop interfering with what already is. Life has said yes to whatever is before us - so who are we to say no?
When we enter this kind of stillness the body begins to listen. The inner noise simply loses its authority, and interest in mental chatter gently melts away. What remains
is a quiet knowing. And from that knowing... expansion begins. Not imagined or chased. Felt.
Stillness is medicine your body recognizes immediately. The gifts of stillness are immeasurable. The nervous system begins to repair itself. The parasympathetic system comes
online without effort. Breath deepens on its own. The jaw loosens. Vigilance begins unwinding, and trust returns... not as an idea, but as a sensation.
When you stop working on yourself (which is a form of resistance), your field finally has space to reorganize, and there is an energetic recalibration that happens organically.
Distortions settle. Scattered energy returns home. What was trying to integrate... now can. You are no longer leaking attention outward, and upgrades land naturally.
Deep stillness allows pieces of you that fragmented in moments of overwhelm, performance, or protection to begin returning home. Not because you went searching for them, but
because you became safe enough for them to come back. No judgment, no resistance, no fixing. Stillness whispers, "You can come home now." And something inside you listens.
Clarity now rises without force... insight doesn't arrive through pressure. Effort clouds while stillness reveals. You've felt this... the harder you try to remember or figure
something out, the further it seems. Then you let go and it appears - because you stopped obscuring what was already there.
Expansion is not always fireworks. It's often quiet... subtle widening. A deeper capacity to be with what is. A gentler, more honest inhabiting of your own life. Stillness is the
womb of becoming. Without it, we confuse movement for growth.
You don't need to constantly clear, fix, or upgrade. You are not a project. You are a presence. And presence does not strain to become. It allows itself to be revealed. So sit,
not as a technique, or as a means to an end, but as a return. Breathe... and notice that you are already being breathed. Let spaciousness show you who you are.
Let yourself unfurl naturally... like a sunflower reaches for light, without urgency or effort.
Much Love and Blissings to You!
