You Are Big Enough

Dear Blessed One,

As life continues to push us, collectively and personally at times, to the edge of who we think we are and how much one human can hold, it is important to realize that massive transformation is occurring as the effect.

While caught in a whirlwind of emotions, remember to breathe. Experience the feelings as they percolate up and honor those feelings as the gift that they are -- a stimulus for change, a catalyst for deep healing.

In the moment feelings are being activated, bring full awareness to YOU. Stay out of blame, projection and story. Remember, your higher essence called this person or situation in to assist in the awakening of higher consciousness. It's so easy to point the finger and make it all about someone or something else. However, when we do that, we miss the opportunity for growth.

What are you feeling? Locate it in the body. Give it all of your attention. Nothing could be more holy than your in-the-moment experience. It is calling you Home. The more intense the feeling, the louder and more urgent is the calling. Notice if you are going into victim mode and see if you can reframe the event and the ensuing feelings. Realize that if it looks and feels very intense, it's because you are big enough to hold it, strong enough to feel it, and needed enough to expand for greater service.

Take a deep breath. Exhale. Take another. Pause, exhale. You are life, a beautiful and perfect expression of the One Life. You can never be anything but that, no matter what the mind tells you. The mind is an accumulation of old data that has been passed on for centuries. Say thank you to the mind when it is prattling on and then silently slip into the depths of your being with one more breath.

Keep Going. You are transforming. Your transformation is what's needed. You are ready. We are ready.

Thank you for your presence, assistance, wisdom, strength and courage in the birthing of a new humanity.

A deep bow to you.

Much Love and Blessings,

"The death of a dream can in fact serve as the vehicle that endows it with new form, with reinvigorated substance, a fresh flow of ideas, and splendidly revitalized color. In short, the power of a certain kind of dream is such that death need not indicate finality at all but rather signify a metaphysical and metaphorical leap forward." ~ Aberjhani
